We wanted to explore the possibility of building a house on land beside our house as well as expanding our own home. Came across Homescape Architecture and was impressed with their work. After engaging with the Architects, we found them to be proactive, very knowledgeable and engaging. They managed to get us full planning permission for a new build home as well as approval for our home renovation/expansion plans. All in all, high quality work, very meticulous and communicated well throughout. We are now currently looking at developing another site with them.

I wanted to modernise, remodel, and extend my entire house from the front to the rear. Being the first time appointing an architect, I was naturally worried about the whole process and whether my needs would be met in terms of design and budget. Having ideas forced upon me that didn’t meet my criteria was also a concern. It was however the complete opposite experience. Homescape Architecture listened to exactly what I was after and responded accordingly whilst suggesting better ways of working both the available and extended spaces to better suit my family needs – including our pet dogs :) The plans and 3D visuals that were presented to us were also to a remarkably high standard with a lot of detail which really allowed us to understand the layouts and designs. The end result was a truly unique modern family home with the WOW factor. Sits well within the neighbourhood whilst clearly adding visual value to the street scene which I love! Would not hesitate in recommending the team at Homescape. Very capable hands!
